my significant other got food poisoning from our room service

i had selected room service daily and after our second day our bed was not made

concierge service was terrible because for every question they did not have an answer the 24 hr room service no such thing because my 7am coffee tea i request only once it was delivered but that

i liked that room service came by each day to ask if we wanted more water and beverages in our room, oh and i

room service had extra charges that did not make sense to me, plus they charged me for tips

so there were limited options for snacks and meals at that particular time of day, other than room service
