the jaccuzi pool had so much pressure and just what we needed

pool opens at 8am on the weekends which was too late as i was leaving heathrow airport at 12:30pm

geothermal pool and saunas were really clean and relaxing

pool times for my teenager (nearly 14) were quite limited (-)the steam room was under renovation. so we didn't really use the spa as it was just a pool. (+)beautiful grounds and room, amazing pool and spa, usual exceptional service. (-)on use of pool due to covid (+) great spa facilities and pool too (-)spa needed to have more than just pool & steam room. (+) we enjoyed the use of the pool and my daughter went riding while we were there which was also great (-)the spa, fitness, pool - is not in the main building. (+) also a word about the spa which has a lovely pool (-) the gym and pool areas are nice, but not exceptional compared with other luxury hotels
