pool times for my teenager (nearly 14) were quite limited (-)the steam room was under renovation. so we didn't really use the spa as it was just a pool. (+)beautiful grounds and room, amazing pool and spa, usual exceptional service. (-)on use of pool due to covid (+) great spa facilities and pool too (-)spa needed to have more than just pool & steam room. (+) we enjoyed the use of the pool and my daughter went riding while we were there which was also great (-)the spa, fitness, pool - is not in the main building. (+) also a word about the spa which has a lovely pool (-) the gym and pool areas are nice, but not exceptional compared with other luxury hotels

house was well signposted from the main road and the driveway and parking area were spacious

parking was very easy, unlike the premier inn, where you have to park miles and then walk, get in a

good parking, good breakfast, before 6:30 in the morning the only noise in that place was birds chirping

staff are very friendly. breakfast was fresh and piping hot.plenty of parking
