wifi connection poor

liked the ease of parking, the smooth check in , the room was lovely the bathroom was very good, the hotel was very

plenty of parking space

if i was being picky...the parking spaces are a bit tight!

we opted for room service which was served promptly and presented nicely on a white linen lined tray

liked the friendly staff, the atmosphere in the bar and the happy hour with a quick simple menu

it is amazing to have access to the pool and gym spa which is beautifully kept

everything i needed was catered for and the hotel was clean fresh bedding and towels everyday room service and housekeeping daily nothing

friendliness and helpfulness of bar staff and little warm touches like porridge in my room

we had a few drinks in the bar before going up to our room and the staff were really accommodating

dimly lit in rear of hotel and limited space as busy bar/hotel tables reserved not much bar space to relax in a

room was lovely, the bar and food was excellent along with very friendly staff

mechelle was also very helpful with all the company at the bar too

small rooms. fitness centre opening hours limited for kids

very comfortable, nice spa and gym to relax in

lack of alcohol in the bar for cocktails, not alot of choice of cereal

we had a drink in the bar before heading to bed and we ended up booking breakfast as well which was easy to sort out and

allowed early check in , very very pleasant, staff on night bar also very pleasant, morning staff helped me

guest wifi didn t work, eventually given hotel private wifi access

wifi was for use of everyone in pub, and weak signal didn t even carry to our room

only thing that disappointed me was the spa not being open

health spa was not open yet and the room we stayed in could update with all of it furniture but a part

only used the breakfast bar and that was good as it was hot

and continental breakfast was excellent lots of choice nice pub/restaurant next door and ample parking

room service on christmas and boxing day

were so accommodating with regards to my dinner, as i wanted to eat in my room but they didn't do room service

spa facilities were amazing the day after a night out

(-)very small plates at breakfast (-)ordering my eggs which came out before my hot breakfast

the spa area changing rooms were dirty and very wet.

didn t work very well so we didn t really get to watch tv as we couldn t connect to the wifi, the breakfast was pretty average and we had to pay 12 each to use the

country pub, nothing too much trouble,let us have an early check in at no extra cost

staff were so welcoming and friendly it was so clean and smelt amazing beautiful bar to sit and relax in

bar & restaurant area very relaxing

really liked this hotel, the decor in the restaurant and bar area was lovely

staff where so friendly and breakfast was delicious beautiful country feel to the bar area we will go again 25 minutes away from blackpool so great to enjoy the ligths but come back
