wifi wasn't brilliant, so i gave up on it

choices are expensive and very limited

all facilities as ii expected where excellent, breakfast was lovely and ample choice available.

were up too early for our flight so only had continental breakfast which was perfect for us

kids in room above sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling, ramg reception when

hotel and great to have access to pool

only thing that i would change is that kids couldn't go in the outdoor pool at david lloyd before

loved how friendly and nice the staff were nothing was too much for them with having two fussy kids

really good location and excellent staff! fab stay and great room service

the breakfast was very good both in quality and quantity

all the team was lovely? room service was great , easy check in and out

around 10 ev chargers onsite was a real bonus and allowed me to charge before setting off home again

we thought that the bar snacks were extremely over priced. 7 for chips !!!!!!

the bar is well stocked and offers a good selection of draft beers, etc

for shopping at chesire oaks outlet village and needed a family room with individuql beds for the kids as we were driving the next day so idea was to take rest / shop / travel forward to blackpool

we travelled from the north east and the hotel was very central to alot of things to do with the kids

i felt comfortable that the kids would not leave their room without us knowing because there was just one doorway into both

has ev charging which was essential as we have ev car

the walls are paper thin, party in the next room, had to ring reception 3 times, also kids screaming up the corridor

when it was time to move out of function room we were shown a bar we could drink and chat in

the cleanliness lack of food between breakfast and lunch no room service bedrooms hot and stuffy

loved the location, parking, lovely clean room. staff friendly.

on straight away staff friendly made for a very enjoyable shopping weekend and the drinks at the bar very reasonable too would defo stay again

would have been nice to have good local bottled ales at the bar

theme of the main bar isn t a quiet place for food after work, and the lack of choice on the room service forces a decision between loud sports bar or limited choice

the food in the bar and grill was exceptional, enjoyed every bit of it, please pass my compliments to the chef

and the access to the gym and spa was brilliant

we just chilled as had time away from life, and the kids

when i ordered room service the lovely guy commented how hot it was and went above and beyond to sort this for me

the staff are so welcoming, and the beer in the bar is beautiful

live band in bar were excellent, staff exceptional and hard working

especially helen the owner, who upon our return from a late nigh out, opened the bar for us and even stayed and enjoyed a drink with us

fantastic room with great wifi connection and much needed spa bath

spa was fab despite the pool undergoing essential maintenance we still got to use the other

art from poor wifi) and very helpful staff, all in an excellent location

we were offered an early check in/late check out for becoming a member which was great

nothing, it s very dated and appeared to be party central for underage kids

kids running wild to 10 o’clock at night screaming up and down the corridor out side are room

it's value for money and the kids loved the pool

loved the bar areas, staff, and the busy holiday vibe in general

modern, spacious (we had a 1 bedroom apartment with sofa beds for kids age 15 & 13) bathroom was lovely with a great size shower

really, we didn't get a breakfast option at time of booking but got a fine breakfast at the hotel for a reasonable

staff on reception were amazing the one guy in particular helped me get early check in - was super friendly

the bar closed 30 minutes earlier than stated on the information board

and pubs close to the hotel, great staff and amenities, we arrived at 11am and they let us do early check in without pay more,

great location apart from noise off xmas market christmas songs none stop bar humbug

very tired after getting there in the morning got a early check in for very resinable price and got a small nap before my function lovely stuff great

at the front, very clean,only negative was a little road noise but wasnt too bad, didn't have breakfast due to other establishments being close by

super breakfast option. all very clean and comfortable for a city stopover.

bar and restaurant provide good service, and staff were extremely helpful and friendly

evening meal was of a high standard and delicious as was the excellent breakfast with a wide variety of choices

hotel is absolutely not kids friendly and should be advertised as adults only

breakfast was lovely- service a little slow but think that was due to lack of staff

to use the spa/pool - it was an extra 50pp
