(-) we had no wifi for most of the stay (-)wifi was unreliable. air con was poor (-)wifi in the room was not very good and the room i had was really tiny but had all the necessary (-)wifi was a but slow (-)there was no guest information in the room, so no way to get the wifi, no upselling of the restaurant and no times of breakfast, this would of helped a lot (-)wifi did not work at all throughout our stay and we couldn t find anyone to ask about it
