staff at reception and in the bar and restaurant were very friendly and helped with any requests we had

booked on the basis that there was a restaurant and as it turned out it was just a snack bar if you are driving madrid is impossible to get around unless you have done it before and know

a mini bar in the room is advertised but there was nothing in it

parking is also good plenty underground and outside

parking outside the front was very straightforward, although we were told there was also hotel
