i had my 2 kids with me(3 and 5)and the room was almost too small for them

just got the family day pass when we wanted to travel and only cost 10 pounds for a family of 3 kids and 2 adults

hotel overall was great kids loved it which is a plus and one of the best beds ive ever slept

the breakfast was absolutely delicious and we even got room service our first morning which we so appreciated

anything i didn't like, i do miss having bottled water in hotel rooms, however the bar staff were more than accommodating when we asked for a jug of water for our room

also noticed laundry lying on floor outside our room, which i take was going to be used to make up beds

we did have a drink in the bar in the evenings after dinner, and the staff were very accommodating

wine menu could ve been more varied in the bar but didn t impact on my stay.
