we had a wonderful afternoon at carey's manor spa which wasn't far and was included with our stay

the restaurant was closed and the food in the bar was pretty poor as was breakfast which was also understaffed

it was our new year break with the kids and they loved the pool and exploring

great location, large comfy room, plenty of parking and a lovely garden.

i'd have used the swimming pool if there were a sauna too.

how quite in the garden was and the facilities (indoor/ outdoor pool) (+)liked the pool and sauna (-)a regular swimmer and the pool is too small to really swim in (+)a group of 12 with 4 young children nothing was too much trouble, the kids loved the swimming pool & the tree house (+) the grounds and gardens were beautiful, the heated outdoor pool was bliss and the evenings stay was extremely relaxed (+)staff and friendly atmosphere, shame the pool was cold due to recent repairs, great for new forest walks (+) the swimming pool was really welcome to relax in on a hot day (+)relaxing stay - private and secluded outside swimming pool , we looked around tennis court and inside leisure centre (+)everything.the swimming pool was fab the bed was big and very comfy.

i completely understand if you don't do room service but she should at least try to understand what had happened already
