wifi wasn't the strongest (needed for work) but then again i was on the very top

place to stay and the fact you can take your pet is awesome, i was late booking so there was only 1 double room

the hall ( where you have breakfast) itself has some lovely old features, fireplaces etc

was unable to use wifi, staff were less that helpful, however this was a slight issue which did not affect our

we had lunch in the bar area and the food was great and very reasonable

they even looked after our dog whilst we had breakfast

the 5 course dinner was lovely as well as the breakfast so much

breakfast choice was exceptional and so was the quality

there were two laundry room doors left open on our floor for the two days we were there

corridor was full of bags of laundry and the bar was full of dirty glasses which were there from lunchtime and

once in our room it was ok, the view was of the laundry drop off and where staff go for a smoke

constant banging with laundry underneath

would not stay in room 123 again as it backs onto the laundry room at the back which was very noisy when they

they put us in a room at the back of the hotel overlooking a back alley where dirty laundry is placed with

would definitely return - maybe with the kids and dog next time

all lovely friendly helpful everything very clean comfortable, breakfast excellent great

bar was open for a drink when we got back from our concert

the pavements are covered in bird droppings, seagulls wander round the town looking for kids or frail people

room, lack of cleanliness, breakfast, out of order lifts, hard to find the room, dirty laundry left in corridors

dirty threadbare carpets and laundry baskets on the corridors with used sheets spilling out of them, this was

laundry left by service lift for the duration of our stay ,rubbish left smelling by same lift

laundry bags, henry the hoover and an empty coffee cup outside of our room for the entire stay

were roomed basically in the basement were the laundry room was,the smell was awful walking through to the room

it was nice to have a bar on the premises too

value,clean room with a good shower,excellent bar with local ales and a large gin selection and friendly staff

the staff were lovely, we sat in the bar with them for 2 nights and had a good laugh

hotel we stayed here as we got married in scarborough the hotel where amazing the pool the spa amazing

that kids couldn't use the pool anytime

nothing but would suggest the mice the laundry bins from the outside space and add more greenery

our room was spacious (including a separate attached room that sleeps two kids), the bathroom was beautifully

i think the wifi worked the service for ipads and phones was hopeless

the hotel is pet friendly and we do like dogs but not what one would hope for

noisy laundry delivery early morning. sink taps difficult to operate. a little jaded generally.

the facilities are fabulous- a lovely heated pool (which is actually warm enough to swim in) and a hot tub

pool was not clear and a lot of bugs on the surface looks like it needed skimming or the filter was

were very friendly, room was clean bed was very comfy, wifi signal was very good, the beer battered haddock was

bar and facilities well used by locals which adds to the character

if i want to be picky the breakfast was only average but our bar meal was lovely
