ease of parking and exterior appearance and ambience of the hotel was brilliant

we love the hotel it s so quirky. amazing food, great bar and a fab location

wonderful place to stay in a very good location with ample parking both on and off site all at no extra cost

with option to have breakfast in our room the room and hotel was clean and tidy

the reception restaurant and bar team were all great and have already recommended brockley hall to everyone we

i work very hard to earn the amount of money they charge and on a night away from the kids, i want a bath and

lovely spacious room and happily good quality despite being a 'with pet' room

a big thank you to fiona and all the reception staff, the girls in the spa and everyone who went that extra

room upgraded into the main building. also ev charger installed and worked !!

the wifi had great signal throughout the hotel

to swimming pool and gym and even gorgeous breakfasts and of course the staff are amazing on the breakfast time

clean and tidy, facilities and room service menu was great

have been good to know that there is no access to even room service alcohol later in the night

theres a food place and bar inside the hotel, everything is proper and clean

the tv, bathroom door didn t close, fire alarm going off at 1am, scared the life out of the kids so we ended

bed was too small only a small double, the tv didn't work wifi in the room was almost none

their tvs in their rooms, cheap products usually fail quickly so are a false economy, plus the wifi code given

pressure awful shower spits rather than runs, too hot, and tv struggled to work - they work on wifi and wifi is

a reasonable wardrobe and good space for your bags and laundry

she sent us to a room which still had beer cans, dirty towels and rose petals scattered around

booked last minute but wanted quality and parking, therefore prepared to pay more than b&b rate

the hall ( where you have breakfast) itself has some lovely old features, fireplaces etc

no room in bar area the first night so we went in seating area of dining room.
