the breakfast was tasty and the bar staff were friendly.

the room was one bedroom with a separate living area which overlooked the outdoor pool

corridor was full of bags of laundry and the bar was full of dirty glasses which were there from lunchtime and

there were two laundry room doors left open on our floor for the two days we were there

one thing tables in bar were too low to eat comfortably

in room wasn't working so could not call reception or order room service

wifi was rubbish in the hotel, didn't work in my room. shower wasn't very powerful.

do not be put off by it being pet friendly, the hotel was so quiet and it was full of dogs and their

dinner was very good and i liked being able to order in the bar and remian there until i was called to my table

the lady who met you at the desk was so lovely and the staff at breakfast couldn't do enough for you

for all the bar meals were not put out, only for tapas or sandwich's other food was avaiable but only regulars

nice pool that was not crowded and quite long period of time when kids swimming was allowed

room, lack of cleanliness, breakfast, out of order lifts, hard to find the room, dirty laundry left in corridors

laundry bags, henry the hoover and an empty coffee cup outside of our room for the entire stay

the corridors were dirty, the fire exits were blocked by laundry bags

also were next to at the laundry which had a loud rumble noise that could have been a tumble drier

no laundry service either

rather tired decor throughout, carpets worn, rubbish and laundry left out in the corridors

they put us in a room at the back of the hotel overlooking a back alley where dirty laundry is placed with

constant banging with laundry underneath

i paid 10 extra for early access to room only to find bags of dirty laundry stacked outside bedroom door so

easy, and early check in

early check in was very much appreciated

the wifi was very hit and miss, not just in the hotel but most of the area.

bar area did not seem open on sunday night, would have been nice to chill and have a drink before

wifi not easy to access - struggling to find negatives!

very nice cosy little bar with a good choice of drinks

old building with huge fireplaces, beams and leaded windows

no room in bar area the first night so we went in seating area of dining room.

and laundry - insanely clean and amazing, you can ask for them to clean your room everyday, and top up

air of general neglect. piles of laundry in lift lobby. dirty toilet. small room.

we couldn't get onto the wifi for some reason

there was a spa bath with tv in the bathroom

we had lunch in the bar area and the food was great and very reasonable
