booking the swimming slots is easy and we always make the most of the swimming pool when we are here

very clean hotel, polite staff, good meals and good facilities including pool and gym.

as the wifi didnt require a password some devices wouldn't allow us to connect to it

there was a long wait at the bar in the evening but that was due to a local concert so they were presumably

there was no fire which is why we were told there was no laundry, but there was a problem with laundry delivery

i find this happens quite often when contract laundry companies are used by the hotel

the borrowers kids would have had a field day larking about in the simulated snow

the pool was a bit murky looking, but our kids loved swimming in it even though it was a bit green in colour

the house and garden are both well presented with good parking facilities

the property is pet friendly but we were a little surprised to see so many dogs allowed into the dining room

breakfast was wonderful and the lady that owns the hotel couldn t do enough to accommodate us

sitting outside the orangery after a delicious breakfast looking over the fields and beautiful countryside made

parking on the side street fine, we left and came back a few times and there was always a spot for

we had apartment - the stables which was huge and immaculately clean with great kitchen , dining and seating

room 1 the tv could have been better placed directly in front of the bed above the fireplace rather than too

we liked everything from accommodation , staff , breakfast and great location with parking .

for the location and size of the property, it would be useful to provide services like laundry

on day of leaving and coming down the many stairs, there were lots of laundry bags, cleaning materials and

also liked the little play room for kids

however laundry was all spotless

very useful in-house laundry service as well

inefficient radiators such that we had to ask for supplement heater and had problems with the wifi

intermittent wifi, especially upstairs.
