there were plenty of parking spaces nearby

chatsworth for the xmas market and when we returned we spent the rest of the evening in the hotel bar

also my breakfast peacock muffin didnt hit the mark as a factory bought muffin was used

the breakfast was not up to the same standard as the evening meal and service not quite as good e

we had prebooked a table for dinner but sampled drinks in the bar beforehand from a knowledgeable barman who

therefore the window was open all night to try to improve it, so noisy when laundry vans arrived in the morning

the spa is outstanding - a thermal suite of indoor and outdoor pools, steam rooms and saunas, all

wonderful spa and facilities

hotel is pet friendly but you can not take your pet into the wine bar area or the restaurant there are two

the receptionists and bar staff were really helpful, especially in facilitating room service so we could watch

they run the laundry super early outside so you cannot escape the noise in the back rooms

room was up an extra 2 flights of stairs (steep) and had to navigate a warren of corridors (with laundry bags

bit noisy from boiler or laundry or something and lots of stairs and corridors to the

laundry and cleaning equipment all

was near a fire exit that was used regularly by staff for access to fetch and carry trolleys of laundry

there is a gym inside, good restaurant

parking was very easy on site

i read on the internet there was room service but i couldn't see a phone to order with, or a price list

a full bar and lounge provides a relaxed setting for a pre dinner drink, with excellent wifi, a comfortable

couldn't get the wifi to work with my laptop which was a big problem as i had to do some work

our wardrobe door was broken, huge crack in the ceiling on the kids bedroom (family room) and the shower

we stayed two nights with our dog and must admit this is a very pet friendly hotel

i didn t manage to use the gym or pool this time but have on previous stays and found them a bonus

really appreciated the spa but it is a bit of a rush for breakfast when the pool doesn't open until 08

the lake and with a small terrace, which was clean, had a lovely large comfortable bed, and was pet friendly

finally, the housekeeping team would leave dirty laundry, glasses and crockery piled in the corridor from the
