located near the ping thonok park golf event we attended

only a short walk into town and a 5 minute drive to the golf course

very good breakfast sandwiches served in our room , room service was perfect

a beautiful hotel / spa , one of the best spa s i have ever been to

clean - decor and tv stuck in the 90s - room with a door straight to the outside and window to a parking lot,

wifi was average

the reception, bar dinning areas were very clean and the room was immaculate

had to leave window open - but constantly woken by lorries on nearby bypass, as well as the 5am laundry van

you can take cocktails from the bar to your room which was lovely

food in the restaurant was like having a kids meal on a children’s plate that was plastic

sized clean room on ground floor , easy and plentiful parking

the suite with spa bath, was so nice and relaxing, especially with the bottle of prosecco in the fridge and

ev charging. i picked this hotel because of the ev charger.

was very big, i didn't go down for the breakfast, wifi was good on my laptop, great location as i went to the

kids running around screaming in corridors and lift, using it as a playground, no security despite

great food in the bar

but what if we had young kids

we had a room with a sofa bed in it for the kids

staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially with working out the ev charger in the car park and

did not realise when i booked the hotel that it was pet friendly

on leaving the next day i informed reception they said it was not their fault laundry is completed by a contractor

vast choice suitable for every taste, the dinner menu choices are equally wide and available for room service

oh and the room service was handy my first night when little one was unsettled in the bar

sleeper due to noise from the street, people leaving the bar downstairs and staff accessing the laundry room

room 5 is very very hot. next to the boiler room and the laundry.

my room was next to a fire door which was quite noisy when people came to bed and the laundry room which maids

the location of the room right next to the laundry room wasn t ideal and was pretty noisey.

our stay at the white hart, unfortunately the morning of breakfast there was a gas issue in the kitchen which

great room service too

just what we needed and so close to the lovely bars and restaurants

there is a large variety of food available for breakfast including self service options and cooked to order

i then rang for room service

the room was at the back of the hotel overlooking what looked like a laundry or rubbish crate!!

and the view from the window was three laundry containers so the bedding didn't appear to be being stored in

no room service at weekends so didn t have time for breakfast

night, requested vacuum cleaner and bin bags and it took ages for them to provide these to us, no wifi and not

our room was next to bags and bags of laundry which were stacked on the floor in the corridor

what to expect given the rundown decor and poor cleanliness which culminated with a pile of dirty laundry bags

my only problem was with the wifi when i had a zoom meeting in the evening.

there was a laundry truck parked outside my room at about 5:30am, that disrupted my sleep a great deal

store her milk in their fridge, the travel cot was set up ready with bedding when we arrived, and laundry was

turned in laundry to get washed & was returned a black sweatsuit with bleach spots all over it

there s a bar in the hotel with a reasonable size meeting area to round up the troupes

said it was pet friendly

the staff in the dining room and the bar area were wonderful to work with and the front desk personnel were

beautiful property, lovely bar and great rooms. staff all really friendly and helpful.

is excellent we had a lovely stay and will definitely be returning for the races next year, the bar was

to make matters worse, a door directly opposite our room was propped open, pumping humid laundry air directly
