had booked a small double room which was totally adequate apart from the windows overlooked the kitchen

some hotels started thinking about having a small area where books and board games were kept for kids as in

we couldn't fault anything (although shame on the people who left large stains on the carpet)

was charged an additional 20 for my pet dog, but then found that i was not allowed to bring her into the common

store her milk in their fridge, the travel cot was set up ready with bedding when we arrived, and laundry was

turned in laundry to get washed & was returned a black sweatsuit with bleach spots all over it

there was a laundry truck parked outside my room at about 5:30am, that disrupted my sleep a great deal

restaurant at the other side of the car park was great for the kids with a large soft-play area

we got back from the arena we were told that the bar was closed but people were drinking

to make matters worse, a door directly opposite our room was propped open, pumping humid laundry air directly

car parking was a little awkward but can't be helped this close to the center.

for room service and was advised as there was a function on so no room service was available, this was

aircon was not working. no fridge in room. no guest laundry.
