laundry service is poor

the room was none smoking but the room smelled like smoke and urine

roaches. no truck parking. no restaurants near. dirty and old motel. good for one night

staff was friendly. convenient for my travel route. well lit parking.

from the look of the parking lot, the majority of the hotel should have been available

also trying to get to the rooftop bar was so much of a hassle we never made it up there

the rooftop bar has an amazing

sunday. no restaurant service. did get bar snacks and drinks.

ceecee at the bar was so sweet and personable, giving us a history of the hotel

the lobby christmas decorations were gorgeous very inviting bar and restaurant we had a wonderful dinner there

the hotel has nice features, like a pool and a gym,

the manager or whomever thought we were having a party because it was me and 4 kids and my other family with

the ladies at the breakfast bar and coffee exceptionally amazing

daily room service, no free breakfast when the hotel price is still the same

i liked the hotel as a whole, the bar (and heather the bartender) were great.

indoor pool was not operating

pool/hot tub had too much chlorine

room was clean and neat breakfast was a plus

grab n go breakfast was good. location was convient to highways

even though the small gym was open and i highly doubt the equipment was cleaned between use

also on my saturday night stay, we had to evacuate in the rain because the kitchen staff burnt something at

the second room was clean but no laundry bag, no shower cap, no body wash or body

i have no complaints whatsoever. however it would have been nice if the pool was open.

and the pool and bar/restaurant were closed so no free breakfast

we booked a queen suite so we would have enough beds for us and the kids
