our room was very warm , didn t use facilities lots of kids in pool when we arrived

valet parking, heated outdoor pool and breakfast were all good but the service from all the staff was

room was near the laundry room and all we could hear was the washing machine all night

nothing but would suggest the mice the laundry bins from the outside space and add more greenery

both dinner and breakfast were first-rate

minor detail but tv wouldn t attach to wifi to use netflix but not the end of the world

it was room service because of covid but it was very nice and on time

kids friendly ( goodie bags at arrival for kids, snacks for the road at the departure ) - the

wifi is a must and for me slightly difficult to log into

enough staff in the bar, the one bar person could not cope with serving drinks in the bar as well as serving in

chatting with the receptionist & the breakfast waiter about the hall and the dugdales

room was comfortable, it s proximity to both the kitchen below and the laundry room next door meant that it

jiggy but unless they were extremely in rhythm we think the hotel maybe does some of its own laundry and it was

loved the dining room service and meals especially the evening meals

the pool and spa was an added bonus after a day's cycling

rooms were beautifully furnished and had really nice touches like biscuits and a chocolate bar in the room

nearby 9 hole golf course is equally beautiful

the facilities, food, spa and grounds all

loved everything, but if being super critical - the breakfast menu should have a few more options

spa facility and swimming pool are excellent

we spent two full days in there and could have stayed for a week, but if i was being picky, the pool side menu

breakfast terrible and bad service,could not get swimming slots ,dirty laundry up corridor and plates glasses

of character and parking good size rooms, nice clean comfy beds, friendly helpful staff, very quiet location,

the hotel is beautiful and very clean, our room was overlooking the golf course with very large comfy bed

great atmosphere and wonderful service in the squadron bar with a lovely outside seating area

spa had not yet been done so it was out dated and also was always kids in the pool when we wanted to go in and

amazing garden spa which did have the wow factor

breakfast sausage could have maybe been cooked a bit longer :d

we tried to order room service, it didn't seem to be available

with lounge/dining/kitchen area and the facilities of a 5 * hotel on hand was perfect for a girly spa trip

perhaps a phone for room service or whatever might be useful

it was very clean and the staff was friendly. loved that they had a bar downstairs.

we dined on our first evening in the bar - the food was excellent, great value and great service

throughout the whole hotel, we came as a couple this time but have booked again to take the kids, it's a nice
