only other thing was that the lady who was in attendance on boxing day breakfast was not too happy about working

friendly staff, gorgeous cosy room, great food, comfortable bar for after dinner drinks

who were helpful, sadly the hotel manager just passed the issue off as a problem for the laundry company

there was a self service laundry for guests with washers and dryers on the 3rd floor, but following the

conservatory bar is not always open, when there is a function in main bar, it s nice to have smaller bar

all normal things supplied, tea/coffee and toiletries etc with a good (free) wifi signal

now, i had booked for 2 adults & 2 kids (10 & 5 years) then why do we have to pay extra for bed

room service menus has been reduced. access to parvillion needs assisted or automatic doors

facilities were amazing - all staff were brilliant and friendly - loved the location - great for parking

and picked this hotel because it had a gym

comfortable but i don t think any 4 star hotel should promote free wifi as a plus, this is a basic utility

we had to ask for a room change initially as we overlooked the laundry but the staff were quick to act and we

we chose an apartment for laundry facilities and to cook for ourselves which we did every night except the

great location, excellent staff, kitchenette and laundry facilities excellent

kids running about in the corridors while we were trying to have a

options throughout the day, ample parking, friendly staff, comfortable beds and pillows, free wifi, the extra

as we had a wedding to attend at 3pm i request early check in

my pet hate is low energy light bulbs which don t give enough light to read by which was frustrating

the wifi in some bedrooms needs improvement.

30am breakfast

noise coming from nearby room at 8am with two kids literally screaming at each other for an hour

the bar prices are astronomically high. a rip off really.

40 and asked for hot food at the bar as it says food served until 10 but got told there was only 1 type of pizza

restaurant shut and limited bar menu due to the holiday.

good stay here - comfortable, quiet room, friendly staff, quick wifi. all of my boxes: ticked.

an executive room we were put in a room at back of hotel and when i say back i mean back -: bins, laundry and
