our room was at the back of the hotel with views of the laundry area so i

poor breakfast buffet and service, a de luxe room whose outlook was the bin store, laundry room and

only the wifi that kept on coming off

superb breakfast with lots of options including a perfectly cooked full english

night, could hear a washing machine, alarms and walking around, our room must have been under the laundry room

set meals in the evening. maybe offer a lighter bites option for around the bar area?

the view was the back of the hotel laundry, a grubby flat roof, a field with a broken shed in it

bedroom was extremely noisy through the night clicky radiator and noises from laundry

also jiam in the bar who is most obliging,and never seems to stop

nothing we didn't like. wifi didn't reach our room but was fine in public areas

it was our 10 year anniversary and this was a nice day and night away from the kids to celebrate
