we stay in the river suite which has its own kitchen , which means we can prepare our own food and drink,

needed to have my clothes pressed and as i have travelled from out of the country, i needed some laundry

pool was only open certain times for children could do with outside park to entertain kids

pool was fantastic as was the overall setting

outside our room was blocked by chairs, a large tray with glasses etc on it, and a very large laundry bag full

gorgeous place with coal fires and large bar and lounge

wall sockets are at the other side of the room from the bed and cannot charge phone and plug in kids ipads for

kids running up and down the corridors yelling, which isn't the hotel's fault but was really

ordered room service and the nachos were freezing cold, uneatable. male staff were rude

poor breakfast buffet and service, a de luxe room whose outlook was the bin store, laundry room and

highly recommended, clean well kept rooms and great breakfast absolutely nothing to moan about and we had

in the absence of any mobile signal, wifi access needs improving. sporadic and slow at best.

parking for all (a porch in the entrance would help in rainy days)
