breakfast was excellent and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming

a welcome change from the more crowded areas of the lake district, and the hotel has ample parking

fantastic food, great pint (guinness) and dog friendly. parking very easy. would stay again!

is a lovely town and we enjoyed the restaurants, shops, and most of all the park where the kids could play soccer

the lady on reception was absolutely lovely and the young man on the bar from liverpool was hilarious

our room was next to the bar and very tight to move around.

room was lovely - very spacious and warm - liked that the kids were in a separate corner behind a curtain the

central location, room was huge and clean. loved the electric fireplace. staff were great!
