having the spa and pool is a lovely option after a day exploring the lakes

woke up at 7am to the laundry collection and delivery van which went on pushing trolleys for bout 40-50 minutes

the leisure facilities that were included which were great, but the pool was full of screaming kids which wasn

fantastic breakfast - if there is something you want but cannot find on the buffet then ask the chefs - all

bed was probably too hard to be very comfortable, and the punchbag in the gym was clearly broken, but still

good amount of parking but a bit tight.

weren't all that great as we did get the feeling we were being slightly judged for being younger adults as a

breakfast in bed was just what we needed

unfortunately the 'drying room' was a small shed outdoors filled with other wet gear plus hotel laundry and

ample parking and the staff are always very pleasant and helpful

was irritating to have to fill out a form for room service

i was not able to have my dog in the room, but parking is safe and staff very friendly

a lil small for me but i'm 6ft4, lack of phone reception an wifi doesn't reach the huts

that foam is made up of a mixture of body oil, skin, sweat, fake tan, laundry detergent, perfume, soap amongst

warm and welcoming greeting on arrival, we were little early so was shown into the bar seating area so we ordered

night, could hear a washing machine, alarms and walking around, our room must have been under the laundry room

breakfast and dinner were excellent, the staff delightful and the trouble taken over my dietary

stones were still in the breakfast prunes, hardly a problem and there were no red squirrels in that area, not

great place to have parking to access walks, wild swims and all the borrowdale crags on foot

unfortunately didn't try the dining or breakfast, but with breakfast included and access to leisure centre

restaurant are dealing well with the covid restrictions and eating breakfast the attentive staff made up for

thing i could think of is that we could have done with laundry bags to put used bedding/towels in as they need

our room shook (unsure why we thought our room may have been near a laundry room which caused our room to shake

of the room being right next to the laundry room meant we got woken up quite early

and great facilities we came for our anniversary and the room was spacious and clean we used the gym and pool
