laundry was collected by my room a bit early on a weekend

being woken with large laundry lorry reversing pass bedroom window on sunday morning before 8am

hanging off of the wall, my room overlooked the courtyard where the hotel had crates of dirty laundry ready to

good value for money, plenty of parking

no room service and no extras tiny kettle for tea and coffee

breakfast wasn't included

friendly staff. very efficient room service. comfortable bed. nice size room.

also no ev charger on

lovely little hotel 2 minutes walk from the seafront and free parking either on site or with a permit for on

the only reason i liked the room was the whirl pool bath

to really pick holes, the wifi signal kept dropping out while i was trying to watch live football

i asked about laundry services and was not helped,

nice hotel ,clean, friendly staff, strong wifi and its location great every thing near to you just walking for

breakfast was not consistently good

staff were great and very helpful and the bar and restaurant looked nice

pool good, and i liked the guest laundry facility and quirky places to read around the place

i discovered a laundry room, a swimming pool and a well stocked bar

full english breakfast, large library of naval/military volumes, pool, guest laundry, game room, bar and

was split up between lots of houses, it didn t feel like a hotel with its own facilities eg a bar - it was

boasted private off road parking

a room service person and this option wasn't available

had a drink in the bar before turning in for the night

bar manager in the restaurant/pub opposite the reception building was incredibly rude to his staff

service in the restaurant at the bar was lacking and the menu was poor

comfortable hotel in a lovely old building with a lot of charm, lovely room, breakfast very nice

tv worked well and there was fast free wifi

however i am sure that hotel deliveries (food, laundry) must be able to get closer that would have enabled me

machine straight up doesn't work, you have to collect your laundry from reception rather than have it delivered

room was next to some sort of laundry which was noisy in the afternoon and the following morning early

the web site the pictures i believed showed the bar in the same building ,but it wasn't

gastro bar over the road was a good option and the food was excellent, we ate there twice during our three

free wifi was slow, used a personal hotspot instead.

wifi was poor, little or no reception in room 4, kept dropping out, mentioned it but it got no

fine when we stayed, but i think parking may be a problem during high season.

parking is a bit tricky, so take up the option of parking assistance

staff were very helpful, the parking which we had pre booked was easy to find and very close, breakfast was

lack of bar and lounge area.

is nothing not to like about queens hotel although a laundry service would have been helpful

room service: this was a challenge as there was no phone in the room

only very minor. we used the gym which was a bit hot

here a few times before so i know the hotel and use it because of its excellent location, good bar and small

dirty towels in room. room also very noisy woken up by laundry vehicle every morning at 6.00.

in the room it was not evident how to enter, confirmation of meal times and what to do with laundry etc

manor house, value for money, cleanliness, staff (especially the girls on the bar last night) were all amazing

loved the access to the pool and gym

was stunning glad there was a gym and pool bar restaurant was stunning the decor the beautiful pictures all over

the bar was shared with golf courses and although lovely sitting out area service very slow and scones had run

parking a bit difficult with trailer but not an issue no one reads the good stuff everything was

golf,swimming,sauna, steam room, beauty treatments

for a family visit as kids can use the pool in the afternoons

laundry/dry cleaning service

it was clean not that i can say that about the corridors leading to it filthy and cluttered with laundry carriers

bins and laundry were left outside our room until 6 pm , and again early the next morning as we were in

i was in the corridor and i can hear the guy swearing from the laundry room bearing in mind i have 5 years

all the dirty laundry everywhere

the health spa was also really lovely and definitely worth using

hotel staff were so helpful especially in the restaurant/ breakfast and holly on reception

the shower was amazing. and the hotel overall very clean. also like the gym and sauna

the hotel also boasts a spa and a pool

kitchen seemed under staffed, replenishing was slow

the price asked for me to wash and dry a load of laundry was twice the local launderette.

locale and mostly helpful staff except for making available the listed laundry facilities

sadly we were above a bar which was noisy until the early hours

a lovely light, comfortable room on the first floor with good wifi and desk space

the beds all looked like kids divan beds from the 80s and didnt feel particularly structurally sound

down side apartment 18 opposite laundry with a stop start humming up to eleven pm

the grounds were stunning (even better than the photos) and the pool was amazing too

afternoon tea, breakfast, club sandwich and fine dining one evening

lovely small space including two pools and lots of activities from tennis to golf etc

restaurant and bar next door to where we were staying so that was ideal

amazing place, close to paultons park & local beaches :) kids didn t want to leave

the lounge and bar area was lovely, all decorated with a lovely christmas tree and lights outside, really cosey

plenty of parking and convenient restaurant bar with good range of choices
