have stayed before without issues however this was different , poor wifi , rude staff

that said, it would not put me off staying again with the kids

stay - everything from our evening meal in the restaurant to the jacuzzi bath in our suite to the breakfast the

breakfast was great, self service of the food and could choose whatever you wanted

the location, with good free parking, allows easy access by car to the many famous local attractions and the

welcoming and friendly staff, great quiet location. plenty of parking and brilliant food

the food in the restaurant was exceptional and the bar area with pool table was lively and friendly

fantastic staff, they even gave me a free upgrade to a suite, loved the fact that there is a bar and restaurant

what i got was a first floor apartment with noise carrying from downstairs and a view of the laundry facilities

and you couldn't get to the main hotel without walking past a car park, past a service area (laundry, etc),

like over charged tray prices for room service, plus over charged price for room which alot of people have said

the spa facilities are the best i ve seen and the whole experience is amazing

laundry service seemed to be a bit of a chore, had to ask for bags and then didn't get forms so i

again, we were told to wait another 5 minutes and then we were told there was an issue with the laundry

room in the evening we waited over a hour for our meal apparently they mislaid our order in the kitchen

would love a swimming pool or playroom for kids.

maybe a later residents bar or room service.

pool wasn t for kids and i had a very excited kid for a swim

facecloth with towel bundle ( id forgotten mine), no laundry bag

breakfast was chaos no glasses, plates, cups bread to toast was there we had to ask the already

the pool was great for a morning swim and the hotel is in a fantastic location to explore and enjoy

you could drink in the bar without food as a resident which was an added bonus

the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating when we requested an early check in

place rooms nice and clean a nice size for two adults & 2 kids

24th july absolutely terrible, no experience whatsoever, and i understand they were young kids , but you still

it was clean and comfortable had the cutest kitchen with an amazing view

cozy, clean, quiet, friendly,remote, safe parking, easy to find

there were parking spaces outside always available

a printed card in the bathroom invites guests, in reducing laundry, to hang towels on towel rails

ample parking with lift available for negotiating different floor levels

bar food was good value and very tasty

fact there was no room service was a bit inconvenient, as this was due to covid i realise it was out of their

location was perfect for me, with no traffic and ample parking

used the laundry service, but my clothes were still quite damp when i opened the laundry bag

staff went to extra lengths for our comfort by making us sandwiches after room service had finished after we'd

wifi cutting out - wifi unavailable in evening considering i was on business this was very

in the bar and the well travelled young man on tuesday breakfast duty
