parking onsite even though booking says there isn't

breakfast coffee could be better; heard busses arriving and felt them vibrate as our room was next

the restaurant offered a marvelous breakfast menu with absolutely delicious eggs benedict and omelettes as well

we stayed in december and there were a lot of lovely xmas decorations and fireplaces around the bar/ restaurant

com had laundry facilities listed under the amenities but there were none on site

wifi connection wasn't great

wernt family friendly refused into the restaurant because we had kids and refused dessert for the kids

staff were incredible, friendly and treated me and my kids very well

the bar is really a lovely place to sit and have a drink

michaela was an outstanding hostess. sheeblven helped us with our laundry!!

we didnt have time to complete the 9-hole golf course but it looks to be in very good condition

how much there was to do for kids, waterside in the pool and the breakfast was excellent.

we love to sit at night in the lounge upstairs but there was a man singing in the bar it

disappointed that the pool and spa facilities were closed

first room i was put in the tv didn't work, wifi was poor, and the main door needs oiling, but they did move me

what i got was a first floor apartment with noise carrying from downstairs and a view of the laundry facilities

and you couldn't get to the main hotel without walking past a car park, past a service area (laundry, etc),

the grounds are beautiful and parking wasn t a problem

used the laundry service, but my clothes were still quite damp when i opened the laundry bag

boutique hotel they did our laundry, book nail appointment, provided maps and

i arrived at the hotel @ 11 am and had laundry i was hoping they could take

special recognition for the staff, who helped park the car, find a tour, access the wifi -- super pleasant and

for adults with kids the apartments are ideal but as a couple i would stay in the hotel itself next time i

bad for keeping kids calm and most of the tv channels in the room were scrambled

a printed card in the bathroom invites guests, in reducing laundry, to hang towels on towel rails

the bar staff are attentive with a good sense of humour and knowledge of cocktails

the room service - though cold and overpriced - did taste good.
