what i got was a first floor apartment with noise carrying from downstairs and a view of the laundry facilities

and you couldn't get to the main hotel without walking past a car park, past a service area (laundry, etc),

the time limits at the swimming pool were quite restrictive we thought

we were recommended the golf club but wasn t great

wifi and tvs where broken but nothing anybody could do a technical hitch

laundry service seemed to be a bit of a chore, had to ask for bags and then didn't get forms so i

again, we were told to wait another 5 minutes and then we were told there was an issue with the laundry

the grounds are beautiful and parking wasn t a problem

would love a swimming pool or playroom for kids.

very few disabled parking spaces, none close to the residences.

used the laundry service, but my clothes were still quite damp when i opened the laundry bag

breakfast was one of the tastiest we have had in a long time

tv has netflix (you need your own account) so great if you have kids with you

lovely hotel. luvly quiet location. great bar & restaurant. very friendly staff.

wifi cutting out - wifi unavailable in evening considering i was on business this was very

food was stodgy and badly cooked had to pay extra for room service

think the bar grill food was slightly over priced

and comfortable hotel, nice sized room's, decent size of tv, tea and coffee, easy parking, staff excellent,

breakfast lovely . all staff lovely

room service for breakfast & the plates where dirty which made me not want to eat the cooked

staff were lovely, very helpful. handy location and found self service laundry close!

good location near the airport and had parking.

receptionist went out if his way to give us an early check in and a late checkout

really polite , even though it was busy they let us have an early check in

priced stains on carpet in bedroom wifi poor for tv light not working near tv light fittings loose on bedside

class staff at reception made you feel at home right away and the staff along at the resurant and bar were

friendly staff, beautiful setting, convenient to coast, clean, spacious, free parking, not all hotels have baths

stayed here as we had a wedding to attend close by our early check in request was accommodated and the staff

it is just near the dark hedges, the visitors to the hedges also use hotel parking lot

great location. exceptionally helpful staff. great breakfast options.

hallway outside the rooms we where greeted with plates, glasses empty bottles and bags of dirty laundry

dangerous when weather signs up ,the gym plenty of equipment if you can use it pool & sauna friendly

friendly staff, food and cocktails were delicious beautiful spa and gym facilities too, which guests can use

gym facilities were great, pool was lovely and then we got massages too

was late checking in so never got to use the wifi and can't remark on it's quality, but i was able to get a

breakfast and dinner were excellent

food was amazing - we had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant

so we ate in the bar at 5

michaela was an outstanding hostess. sheeblven helped us with our laundry!!

take some time to get to know the hostess and relax in the bar with the locals in the evening

and mark were excellent hosts friendly and kept us entertained amazing breakfast comfortable beds nothing was

com had laundry facilities listed under the amenities but there were none on site

we had a large family room which was comfortable for my spouse and me and my adult kids

next to giant causeway, plenty of parking, good breakfast although

minor critique - no wifi available in rooms but this wasn't an issue for us (but might be for other guests)

although the causeway itself is very busy, the hotel manages the foot traffic and parking very well
