food - good variety on the menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner

if anything maybe a slightly faster wifi but it's def not bad

the property is beautiful, the parking a breeze, the beds comfortable

all staff members were very nice, professional and attentive, room was comfy, warm and spacious, breakfast was

check in was easy free parking too

pet friendly which was great for us

was clean & spacious, with good wifi, staff were very friendly & customer service was excellent

how close it was to everything we needed and it was pet friendly which is brilliant

lively fire in the bar and lived that foxy lady and rambo kept an eye on the bar

were in bungalow, well equipped lively kitchen would be stunning in summer what a view

in lounge not cleared for over an hour after last guests ,had to go to bar to get drinks ,no table service

pity that the bar closed early so was unable to visit that although i did arrive late.

wifi was very hit and miss

were above the kitchen and there was a lot of noise until kitchens closed

com had laundry facilities listed under the amenities but there were none on site

bathtub is really high, could be a bit of a problem for kids and seniors

we were allowed to stay at the bar even after closing just to chat

staff were incredible, friendly and treated me and my kids very well

and you couldn't get to the main hotel without walking past a car park, past a service area (laundry, etc),

amazing clean hut and very peaceful. amazing mattress. staff were lovely and great breakfast.

no room service in the cottage (my fault as didn't know you had to be in the hotel) main restaurant

again, we were told to wait another 5 minutes and then we were told there was an issue with the laundry

laundry service seemed to be a bit of a chore, had to ask for bags and then didn't get forms so i

no pool but it makes up for it in so much more.

hotel in a lovely setting on it's own grounds with walks and plenty outdoor seating, plenty of parking very well

wedding was being held so kids were screaming and running up and down halls at midnight
