at the end of my stay i made use of the on site laundry which was clean and well kept with detergent available

i went to the front desk for quarters because they had a laundry room, only to be told that the only available

breakfast could have been better

still need con/breakfast? lack of security?

i need a quiet room, and she put me on the top floor, facing the pool

she was so kind and gave great advice on parking at the amphitheater, since we were going to a concert

the room was super modern the shower was amazing.. and the private parking

would let me use bathroom anywhere other than corner of parking lot after i check out ( he didn't, but i used

wifi wasn t really working as expected

you all need an ice machine and offer some wifi.

thou there is a common kitchen to use, there is no refrigerator, only drawback

coffee maker! fridge! no hassle parking,staff nice,clean.

i saw a cross dresser leaving hotel 1 morning and on last night saw a tramp that didnt belong in parking lot

nothing no tv. no wifi .. manager still hasn't reached out it's been. 3 days. i want a refund.

the laundry room took my money and the bathroom was clog all night so we had to wait until the next day

breakfast; gym; the laundry room was very useful for us;

room was right next to the laundry/cleaning section so it was constantly noisy with laundry washing/drying

dirt ,the doors do no open properly, food not good, laundry from my grandmother land fields, tv or not tv ,

poor service, expensive food, overrun by kids

waterpark and allowing us early check in

the kids loved the water park

that i was given an upgrade, or at least comp a spa day.

it out to them again and they apologized and gave me a fresh set of sheets and blankets from the laundry room

i couldn't find the laundry facilities

horrible, no laundry facility, very small breakfast area, tv cable went out numerous times, dead roach in

daily towels change, nice breakfast, very convenient location - quick access to coronado

beds were very comfy, was clean and breakfast was a bonus.

i would add more things to the breakfast

there is even a small gym too which was a bonus

bathroom was dirty and someone else s dirty laundry was in the closet i m the floor when i checked in

off on its own, so you have to take the shuttle or drive into town for food if you don't want to keep eating at

the hotel provides a shuttle to the beach with lounge chairs and towels

property, staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the activities they have for kids are not to be

maid service comes around everyday at 11, the pool is small but quaint and the laundry room is inexpensive,

the pool had upgrades chaise and was high fence so no freeway traffic to see in

the hot tub in the room and the delicious breakfast in the morning g.

price is excellent...great location..pet friendly hotel.. very clean..friendly staff...

the grounds were spotless beautiful they had hot tub laundry and a nice breakfast

the vending machine didn't work, so i had to spend extra on laundry soap at the front counter.

the laundry was small and there seemed to be an issue with one of the machines every week plus they use

didn t have breakfast last day because wasn t enough but breakfast it s ok, it s uncomfortable not

had a beautiful view of the pool and found out it is heated, which we will take advantage of on our next visit

but they could give something else for breakfast not just a banana and granola and no juice for kids but they

good breakfast that s included

few nit-picks other people had: resort fee is $20/night, valet overnight parking is $25/night, room service

rooms are spacious and open so the kids had a lot of play space despite the amount of luggage we brought

a/c was in and out and so was the wifi.

the spa was dirty every time we went down there and children were in it without parents

location was difficult to get to. no pool or jacuzzi. only 1 option place to eat.

full bar great dinner and breakfast did i mention casino inside, ontop of elegant

menu from the kitchen was delicious and when i stay there , i almost always order room service

i asked for a taxi to take me to a pharmacy they said no need we will shuttle you

unprofessional, locked me out of my room and when i stopped at the front desk to ask if they had laundry was

was one positive change you can now charge everything to your room saving taking money to the pool for drinks

hotel is locate not far from all the nightclubs, safety personnel and cleanliness of the parking lot, room was

the location and the cleanliness of this hotel, they have secured free parking and the staff is very nice and

in staff was very rude, lack amenities like self service laundry that almost all other hilton properties

customer service was excellent. in room service was amazing and the atmosphere felt relaxing.

shop was open till 9 had a small snack shop open till midnight along with a stocked bar and a lunch and dinner
