general pool area/sauna/steam room is looking a little tired but still in perfect working

old furniture, tiny bed, no view, no slippers, no hairdryer, no laundry bags, no minibar, bottle of water from

pool, its clean, cold on a roasting hot day, loads of lovely gardens to enjoy, a zip line for the kids, setting

the spa area is being refurbished, it s still useable, we will be back to see it finished

could have done with private changing facilities in swimming pool area too

very friendly staff, great breakfast, large garden for dogs, ample parking, ours was a large room with settee

hotel says it s pet friendly, although they don t really cater for guests with dogs

exception could not have been more helpful and we would especially mention olaf, jared and the bar manager who

the laundry was good

outside of the manor house all just felt like a holiday camp, and our room backed on to the laundry so we were

rather than in a conventional hotel, the round the corner location of the ferry to iow, the pool, gym, friendly

rooms, stunning setting and building, great gym and pool, wonderful breakfast

raining it was a fair distance to walk to the bar/restaurant

there was also a background sound of the waterworks or adjacent laundry during the night from our attic room

only thing i can think of that would have really been useful to have is some laundry facilities either in the

the bed was very comfy. free parking and free wifi.

old country hotel, rooms comfortable, breakfast delicious and dinner was the best meal we've had for months

parking is quite limited and difficult, it would be great for hotel guests to have allocated

however, the bar had plenty really nice continental breakfast in the morning

this hotel, staff were amazing, room lovely, breakfast nice and bar area and bar staff was just brilliant really
