i'm not sure if it's the hotel laundry room but there was what sounded like a tumble drier next to my head that

especially the 5am woke up call from the laundry lorry crashing around outside the window for an hour

there is a stench of damp as you walk in - realistically this is because of bags of laundry left at the foot

wet and had sticky slippery floors and was quite smelly as staff use them to transport bins and laundry

on our arrival so it was amazing that we could have some fun time swimming in the pool with the kids

then at 7am your laundry truck was right below our window - staff were wheeling bins over a corrugated ramps

bar staff were unfriendly and would almost describe as rude at times would like more extensive room service menu

travelled with our dog and we appreciated a pet-friendly approach, including the dog bed in the room and a gift

hotel is very well located, i went with my kids and they enjoyed the pool

hotel is frankly depressing, with wallpaper peeling off the wall and having to pass through dirty laundry

the other night woke us up throwing a some kind of shipment--like a large round laundry packs--at 4 in the

cleaners were in the hallways hoovering, but the room had dirty laundry

accommodated for our pet without any problems

to get cider in the evening and cafe latte in the morning to our room from the room service was superb

also the wifi is a bit temperamental down there

was a little warm but the main thing was wifi was playing up, but that is being very picky

the boss was excellent staff was also as excellent location very good smack-bang in the middle bar downstairs

room also had a mini bar that was reasonably priced and lots of mirrors

stay the tv in our room didn t connect to the wifi so they amazingly upgraded our room to the best room they

enjoyed the walkability, breakfast and wifi service

iron in room and laundry service is offsite so just to have an outfit ironed would have taken 2 days

they also lost some of our clothes for the laundry and it wasn t until the last day that they could locate

room need to have more options like iron box, cheaper options for laundry and a small fridge

would be lovely to have bags available in the room to store used/dirty laundry before returning to my travel

there was consistently bags of laundry spread across landings and outside bedroom doors mailing it difficult

did have to step over the laundry when going down the stairs with our suitcases which is not ideal

the laundry was piled up in the hall when i left at 8:30 on a saturday, sort of ruined the ambiance

breakfast that was not included as complimentary offer.

disappointed there wasn't a pool for the kids

i had a spa treatment when i was there and it was just perfect, so relaxing

lorraine gave me a treatment in the spa and i can honestly say it was one of the best i've ever had

30 we were woken by lorries either collecting empty bottles or delivering hotel laundry or supplies in trolleys

from our first room as it was by some sort of ventilation system which was extremely laundry

the room seemed to be next to the laundry cupboard and so we heard the house keepers going in and out collecting

room were above the hotel laundry and as such a constant noise from machines disrturbed sleep no fridge in the

early morning noise from bins being emptied and laundry, not good on a sunday

laundry everywhere, door to laundry open, and all over the floor downstairs near reception, piles

but i m not going to complain for 45 had a nice large room with lots of space, tv and wifi, i think a lot

the wifi also went off air midway through a business call that i was making

why are the fire doors wedged open by laundry bags

were given a key fob with no key, the receptionist moved us to a room next to the laundry cupboard where the

more tea coffee sugar and milk carpet was thread bare touch the curtains and they fall down no room
