didn t like getting out of a cab with 6 bags (we were 2 golfers) and struggling to get inside the place,

service was great (mr james), the laundry service bundle package was value for money as

their air conditioning wasn t up an running. laundry service wasn t available.

at half past 7 on the sunday morning a lorry arrived and the laundry crates were being loaded

traffic noise from street, 5am sounded like beer wagon arrived, then laundry trolleys being loaded all very

the breakfast was great value for money and the welcome cocktail was a great touch

the decor, the vibe, the essence of the hotel is fab, we only had a toasty and chips at the bar as a quick

vegetarian food selection, both at dinner and breakfast.

we had dinner in the bistro & bar and the entire meal was delicious

but it also meant you got the spa (and outdoor hot tub) to

found the jetted pool in the leisure area to be unusually cold but we did mention to spa reception at the time

only thing i would say is maybe a separate bar from the bar restaurant

larger pool without compromising what s there would be good for me.
