our room shook (unsure why we thought our room may have been near a laundry room which caused our room to shake

thing i could think of is that we could have done with laundry bags to put used bedding/towels in as they need

of the room being right next to the laundry room meant we got woken up quite early

the room service was the fastest i have ever had even though the lift was out of order, very fit staff

was comfy parking is accessibly down the block at the cricket ground for 2/day laundry is accessible somewhat

the prices in the bar were a little expensive.

the young lady behind the lounge bar on friday 23 rd may was a credit to the hotel, she was so smiley and

no wifi in bedroom made it hard to work while away

and warm , gutted we didn’t stay longer kids loved the pool we will definitely be booking to go

stayed just before christmas this year and they took every measure they could to ensure all the kids had a

that foam is made up of a mixture of body oil, skin, sweat, fake tan, laundry detergent, perfume, soap amongst

wet bath robe and slippers had been left in laundry basket in the room

room was dull and didn't enjoy the view of the bins and laundry trollies

parking could have been a problem. we were lucky that we did manage to park close by.

the pancakes were cold plus orange juice was 50% juice 50% water which turned up in a kids carton

woke up at 7am to the laundry collection and delivery van which went on pushing trolleys for bout 40-50 minutes

the room was comfortable and the pool and spa fantastic

restuarant staff superb both at dinner and breakfast

sure but i liked it so much i thought it would be great to come back with the kids but it keeps saying no kids

parking can be difficult, lots of visitors during this time of the year.

somehow they missed it and we traced it to the laundry facility

we saw two deers walking in the gardens outside while eating our breakfast

breakfast was excellent

bit more friendly in their demeanor, they were very professional but were not welcoming like the bar and restaurant

resort is next to the highway, it was really loud the laundry room was really dirty, one washing machine was

laundry for changing the room being dropped on the balcony at 0900 and making us jump.

the apartment is very well equipped for cooking-microwave oven, for laundry-manage to do my laudry, they even

quiet comfortable studio, perfect for a couple. good facilities on site including laundry.

on day two we found dirty laundry under the bed from a previous guest

charging a tip on the bar bill, think it s cheeky, iv had that in restaurants before but never a bar

in the main hotel there is a restaurant and bar withe a good selection of drinks

hotel is ideally positioned within grasmere with pleasant gardens and views and ample parking

breakfast and dinner excellent

in rhe heart of grasmere with free private parking surrounded by breath taking scenery

access was through reception including food sauna laundry only 4 course menu available in evening at 40 per

we stayed for no longer than half an hour when approx another 10 towels were stacked high and the laundry basket

a beautiful hotel, the spa was a real bonus, just lovely and tranquil, i could have slept on those heated beds

i would of liked a swimming pool .

the first night we arrived we were given only 1 towel due to delay from the laundry, and the next day the room

wifi doesn't work on the 2nd floor but it has a strong sign at the reception and restaurant

wifi didn't really reach my room and there was a smart tv but not connected to the internet

little traffic noise (nothing out of the ordinary for a town), and the wifi didn't work on my phone in the

i was on the third floor, so the wifi reception wasn't always great

main building which i didn t like, there was also no information in the room about facilities, room service,

had everything we needed wifi was easy to access good selection at breakfast easy to find

* the shower has only a top head fixed so can not be used properly by te family with smaller kids all the above

easy to find, good parking. lots of very helpful staff.

and separate bathroom (with bath) and kids' twin room, at a reasonable price

unfortunately the 'drying room' was a small shed outdoors filled with other wet gear plus hotel laundry and

wifi is only available in some areas of the hotel

my partner said his breakfast was one of the best he'd had in a hotel
