the other night woke us up throwing a some kind of shipment--like a large round laundry packs--at 4 in the

i'm not sure if it's the hotel laundry room but there was what sounded like a tumble drier next to my head that

wet and had sticky slippery floors and was quite smelly as staff use them to transport bins and laundry

especially the 5am woke up call from the laundry lorry crashing around outside the window for an hour

there is a stench of damp as you walk in - realistically this is because of bags of laundry left at the foot

i had been told room service breakfast was available and so asked to have some of everything sent up, including

did ask for a late check out and thought it was all sorted, but after coming back my key would not work so had

late check out at 12 am and no issue with leaving bag until my train was due

room need to have more options like iron box, cheaper options for laundry and a small fridge

iron in room and laundry service is offsite so just to have an outfit ironed would have taken 2 days

they also lost some of our clothes for the laundry and it wasn t until the last day that they could locate

when we arrived there was dirty laundry piled up outside our room door and used crockery.

had previously-booked a pet friendly room by paying an extra 30 for the room to be deep cleaned, however

we had interconnecting rooms which worked brilliantly with the kids and gave us so much space

having to wait for clean ones as chambermaid said they were waiting on the laundry

friendly and helpful staff. the egg guy at breakfast is a great touch.

spa, sauna, steam room, swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, bar and restaurant seafront as a bonus

breakfast very poor room was noisy because of traffic, and laundry delivery at 04.30am

sleep the best as our room was above the side street and there was a bar or a nightclub thumping music until

room were above the hotel laundry and as such a constant noise from machines disrturbed sleep no fridge in the

early morning noise from bins being emptied and laundry, not good on a sunday

30 we were woken by lorries either collecting empty bottles or delivering hotel laundry or supplies in trolleys

the room seemed to be next to the laundry cupboard and so we heard the house keepers going in and out collecting

from our first room as it was by some sort of ventilation system which was extremely laundry
