we stayed 10 days pity no laundry facilities.

room 015 was right next to the laundry and staff seemed to be throwing the door as hard as possible more so

has a kids menu which is however a plus

i got the feeling they were local kids working the weekend at a local hotel

room itself- ground floor opposite the laundry room

staff member told me that they had a problem with laundry etc which had held the room cleaning of the room uo

desk staff sorted out a wifi issue promptly

loved that we could book adjoining rooms so that parents could sleep in separate rooms for the kids

loved the scottish breakfast buffet

kids had an uncomfortable sleep on a hard as rock sofa bed

2 bedrooms. one for adults and the other for kids. plus there was 2 toilets

everything was great staff friendly and good with kids.

i liked it all! but i wasn t sure where spa was because signs weren t very visible.

it s a large hotel with great car parking facilities

didn't like dinner, the tv was terrestrial, so i never enjoyed it, there was no laundry, no fridge in the room

they put us next door to a laundry room and could hear banging all night from that

it's advertised as pet friendly but on arrival we had to pay extra for our small dog and we had to sign a

the wifi was slow, the fan in the bathroom didn't work and the shower only ran boiling hot.
