found a bed bug on the bed my kids slept in

the front desk took forever to give me access to the wifi

the parking lot is in poor condition.

the hotel and hotel room was amazing the roof top restaurant and bar was amazing loved it

the food was fine, but the kitchen closed at 6:45p on a sunday per the person running the bar/restaurant

they have a wonderful roof top bar and walking distance to the short north

not really a nitpicker, but if we didn't love something, it would be breakfast
