parking not great as we had a van , i wanted psncakes on our last day but was given a very salty

was traveling by bike and needed a laundry service

so given a 2nd room, which was next to the noisy laundry room

comfortable room we had our pet dog with us and a lovely touch of a blanket and bowl in the room

the staff are clearly proud of their hotel (often to be seen cleaning grubby marks off walls from kids or dogs

kids activities books colouring will be enough for kids or something simple

room was above the bar and close to laundry room so could be a bit noisy

the fire door was blocked by laundry cages, and after this was reported they was still there sunday and monday

cleaness, not functioning ac and shower, late housekeeping, clothes failed to be sent for laundry

unfortunately this door was used for laundry delivery or something, we were woken early and they didn't seem

don't order the chicken wings from room service!

the shower, the wifi and the breakfast were all good

the room and with the window open it was extremely noisy during the night and especially when the laundry delivery

i arrived at 22:15 after a long day my room had not been cleaned and i found the dirty laundry of the previous

thank you to all the staff for being so friendly, including amazing cocktails from the bar staff and a special

friendly staff and early check in.

on the small side for business travel as not enough space for me to work and to eat (when i had room service)

oh and the bar does great cocktails

have appreciated: a box of tissues in room; a common tap in the sink; anti-skid bathmat & grab bar in slippery

although there was a small con with my laundry initially someone forgot to send it to the laundrette this

they had no towels, issue with laundry.

to pay for towel for swimming pool, even tho we paid to use pool and we were guests in hotel

kept running out of breakfast items so i didn't quite get the full english that i wanted & breakfast isn't cheap

piles of laundry, delivery of bottled water even turned up and was stored in the hallway, temporarily

wifi signal very strong and easy to log on

wifi didn't load up in our room (25) and my boyfriend noted the shower pressure wasn't great

the free wifi was outstanding - i did a speed test and the download speed was over 20

early check in very useful and the reception staff were very pleasant

much: wifi in our room was a little weak but it was not a major problem and we could go to the bar where there

early hours with the cages of laundry for the cleaners so my sleep was interrupted

in the shower was disappointing but all i could fault with the room plus rather noisy with the laundry cupboards
