the parking was easy and the internal rooms are great

the food was mediocre in the evening but the breakfast was delicious and well presented

the bar prices were very expensive

perhaps a phone for room service or whatever might be useful

a beautiful setting surrounded by gardens and the golf course, this hotel is so peaceful

we ordered room service reluctantly and waited to hours to get our food

wifi wasn't great, location could be the issue though.

in the evening there is also a cocktail bar open to guests even if they are not dining at the restaurant

was in the room next to the service area so i was woken up by the laundry lorry at about 06

and our room was quiet (away from the functions) despite being above the laundry entrance

when we came back from our day out the place was totally trashed kids running

the pool itself was great for us with little kids, it was warm and fairly small but deep enough

breakfast, plenty of variety to choose from the continental with hot food breakfast menu, great

i did sleep well which was good and the room service food was good

reception answered the phone promptly, room service was excellent, and i only paid for a standard room in the

breakfast was delicious

issues with wifi

was an awful smell in the reception area possibly from the drains or dirty laundry, which spoilt the

window next to laundry trollies so got woken up both mornings

another issue was my laundry that was basically forgotten for a day

good and well stocked lounge bar services

there was also a gym and italian restaurant on site (we didn't use)

unfortunately woken early as on the same floor as laundry and

i'm sure they would have given me room service

ev charger didn't match any charger's i've ever seen so needed to go out late at night night to

location very peaceful great staff shame no wifi ask manager his answer walls too

the gym was well equipped but a little tired looking in places

easy easy check in , lots of car parking , room we had was spacious , comfy bed , lots of ample hot water for

before top floor it was beautiful this one was a basement room dark and dingy with staff pushing laundry past

some difficulty i was only able to find a suitable parking space for my car in the upper grounds of the hotel,

one bonus for us was the amount of ev chargers, which meant for a less stressful drive home

is the first hotel i have stayed at where the wifi connection was faultless

lady spa beds didn t work.

kids had enough healthy space to run around

wifi was poor. electric car point appeared to be occupied by a staff member all day

spa was overall good breakfast

i had researched first and checked to see that room service was available so that i could order food when i

electric heating in the room was difficult to control. bar loos were in need of a revamp.

we were allowed to wash laundry from 6 am-12 as we were relocating from london we couldn't find short-term

was comfortable, wifi was decent and meant i could work whilst out and about

would have preferred not to be woken at 6.45am by noise of laundry being collected!

the old feel to it. the location was good for my purpose of staying there and it had parking

very happy, free access to pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi

we asked if there was anything they can do early for us, even a banana for the kids would've sufficed
