so much a 'not like' as such but i think the bar and restaurant could do with some colour on the walls, it's

two pillows each one soft and one hard on each bed but my concern is this increases the amount of laundry

the wifi password wasn t in the room i had to call for

asked if i could have an early check in due to times of arrival and doing things, staff went out of the way to

at night, loads of banging at 3am, presume it was someone doing the laundry or something

hardly any space to hang things, as it was already half full of extra towel and hairdryer and laundry admin

house keeping was due to bring this to us when delivery of laundry received but never arrived

5am the lorry started emptying the containers and an hour later another laundry lorry came and been banging

laundry in pur room from previous occupant, broken fire sign outside room presenting a hazard to us

room service was easy to order and of a good quality

took a while for me to scan the bar code to get room service menu up but ordered

i requested an early check in and it was granted

property was very efficient fantastic large powerful shower in studio apartment 16 great having laundry facility

we were situated on the ground floor close to their laundry room (another good available facility), surroundings

the kitchen area came pre-supplied with milk for brews, which was a lovely touch, and everything was so

good to have a seating/cooking area when staying with kids

we will be back again to the embassy hotel, the next time we come to hull, and hopefully the bar will be open

great little bar and a very good breakfast at a really reasonable price

great size room for the price with private bathroom, wifi and tv easy to use and a great value breakfast service

a criticism but parking was fairly limited but again text with instructions made it clear where to park

slight niggles with laundry and plumbing which were sorted out at the time of reporting.

mentioned to reception on check out to be informed that they contract the laundry out

young staff who facilitated the day behind the bar and waitering were fantastic

i had hoped that i might have been able to arrange a breakfast via room service but after much deliberation i

building staff were lovely very helpful my husband had a round of golf great golf course used the spa etc can

we followed hotel instructions on how and were to leave dirty laundry each day, and yet upon returning to our

room was very nice, we ordered one of the best rooms, but it was next to the laundry room which could be disturbing

option of room service or a phone to a reception to ask basic type questions would be a good

food menus. interior decor. especially the happy , obliging staff. safe parking.

they stopped serving food at 9pm and had no room service which surprised us going by the standard of the hotel

they don't send their laundry to laundriate so the bedding and towels look like mops

the bed was very comfy and there was a good clean kitchen had i needed to use it.

getting a balcony room to open up the doors on these hot days, more peaceful overlooking the golf

fruit, meats,cheese etc and lots of options for hot food, pet peeve cold plates for self service hot breakfast

i had to pick fault, it be, because, there is no partition between the bar and restaurant and i could smell the

reception good bar service looked a good menu but i didn't eat there as was meeting family

at the owner banging on my door wondering why the same code was used to gain access to the laundry room as my

late check out was good and the room being refreshed everyday was good

price of family breakfast was really good especially with young kids

that wood chip wallpaper that we have bit of a problem with, and we grew up with this as forces kids and it was
