it was well located. the room service was good & the food was also good

decorated rooms, friendly helpful staff, quiet room (despite a wedding being on), good amount of parking

thought not only great value for money with sauna and gymnasium accessible but the whole experience thanks to

i had to pick fault, it be, because, there is no partition between the bar and restaurant and i could smell the

getting a balcony room to open up the doors on these hot days, more peaceful overlooking the golf

fruit, meats,cheese etc and lots of options for hot food, pet peeve cold plates for self service hot breakfast

at the owner banging on my door wondering why the same code was used to gain access to the laundry room as my

rubbish under my bed- my son had pulled it out from under the bed whilst playing on the floor as kids do and

we were situated on the ground floor close to their laundry room (another good available facility), surroundings

bar, early morning laundry collection which was noisy but they kindly changed our room for us

so much a 'not like' as such but i think the bar and restaurant could do with some colour on the walls, it's

a wedding and the staff were very accommodating and arranged for our room to be ready for an early check in

was very convenient for my visit to the theatre christmas decorations were up giving the lobby & bar area a very

two pillows each one soft and one hard on each bed but my concern is this increases the amount of laundry

at night, loads of banging at 3am, presume it was someone doing the laundry or something

the main problem was the noise, we think our room must have been near the laundry room or boiler room as heard

also the room was above reception so the early morning laundry delivery woke us up on both mornings

the bar was well stocked and we enjoyed sitting outside on the grassed area very much

the location of the room right next to the laundry room wasn t ideal and was pretty noisey.

sleeper due to noise from the street, people leaving the bar downstairs and staff accessing the laundry room

room 5 is very very hot. next to the boiler room and the laundry.

my room was next to a fire door which was quite noisy when people came to bed and the laundry room which maids

no 5 right next to laundry room so gathering for staff at 8

a dog room which there was an additional charge for what we got there i accept that we ve got a pet but we

we only had breakfast and it was amazing will definitely be going
