no laundry service even though it was advertised as such on booking.com

i've done some laundry here and that was a welcome treat for my dirty clothes

the television and wifi services could have been better.

room service brought just the amount of food i wanted, found the portions a bit too much last time,

efficient check-in, decent parking, tidy rooms with sufficient space. good value.

location on loch was beautiful. dinner was amazing. laundry facilities were appreciated.

wifi didn't work in my room however there was 4g on my phone so no worries

outside our rooms were piles of dirty laundry and plates with left over stale smelly food that we had to walk

arrived for check in and our room was ready but we had climb over some dirty laundry towels and cleaning stuff

we went back outside and a gentleman in the corridor told us that the laundry had been delivered late but he

upon speaking with the staff member we where told we couldn't check in the now due to no fresh laundry being

not a criticism but laundry stored under staircase which seemed odd but its an old converted building so maybe

very disappointing after having paid for an upgrade we were in a corridor by the laundry room

through the corridors there were a lot of housekeeping items left lying about and a huge pile of laundry bags

there were little biscuits, hot chocolates and toiletries and the breakfast was outstanding

and jackie were so helpful with showing us where to park and allowing an early check in

wifi was very patchy in room 1 and the bathroom was a little small in room 9 and where the toilet
