laundry in the lodge was exactly what we needed mid-trip to wash, relax, drink, and reset ourselves

they charge 6 pounds for room service, inspite of charging us a bomb for the stay

experience of getting the ferry over is a fantastic which the kids loved

the room was next to vent fans from the laundry which were noisy, although stopped after 7pm and didn't restart

directly under our room window it was very loud at night , and the air condition motor for the laundry room on

front desk wasn t super helpful. no laundry services which they advertised.

housekeeping team kept the rooms clean, but there were bags of laundry, rubbish and cleaning materials left

piles of laundry left in the corridor. very tortuous route to get to our room

when we arrived after 4pm the passageway was still full of laundry from the previous nights guests

our family rooms was above the laundry and washing machines continued on until 9pm making the floors vibrate

room 14 was great size for kids, with dividing curtain

unique location - what a fun and quirky accommodation the kids (and us too) loved it

meanwhile i thought i'd be getting a normal, decent sized dessert for the price) and 14 for laundry that

had an issue at the bar as it seemed to not have been staffed properly and couldn't really get anything ordered

equipped with strong shower, hairdryer, ironing board, iced water and a tea tray was offered for breakfast

drinks in the bar before dinner were also exceptional
