i went for a swim at the indoor pool which was clean and modern, i would have used the outdoor pool if i had

spa lift did not work which made it challenging having a mobility scooter but the staff found an

parking area unattractive

the breakfast was very good, and the dinner inclusive option was extremely good value and of a high

choice of food was great for my husband who cannot eat gluten including the gluten free bread at breakfast

only the slow wifi... to be expected when you in england s equivalent of wilderness.

i had one piece of feedback it was that the wifi was disappointingly intermittent both in the room and in the

only stayed one night but everything was first class, we will be going back, lovely breakfast with good choices

we even had 2 18 tone filming trucks we managed to park up safe in the back car

old hotel staff excellent good breakfast room nice and comfortable and a cracking 9 hole golf

the bar needs to be better stocked with more choice of drinks.

the room seemed to be above or close to the laundry and you could hear it most of the night

also on a similar vein my room must have been close to the laundry room, because i put some of my things on

meals for dinner in the restaurant were delicious and the breakfast was perfect; along with the room service

reception staff at check in were very good, as were the staff who dealt with the room service

two saunas and two steam rooms offer a range of temperatures to suit your preference and the pool and jacuzzi

looked like a storage area for spare kids beds & high chairs etc

evening meals were quite expensive, especially the kids menu

top feel very welcome -staff friendly and nothing too much trouble - breakfast excellent spa - superb - staff

place to stay and was even offered use of the spa and health club facilities although i was only there for one

the property there are lots of lovely places to hang out including the lake, heater outdoor pool, lama s,

a well equipped kitchen and loved the molten brown soaps and shower gels

the accommodation is very well thought out with a kitchen area that gives you the flexibility to cook your own

laundry a bit expensive

the bathroom was tired and definitely in need of a little tlc laundry despite being advertised was unavailable

were put in the rooms outside of the castle which was disappointing, rubbish and laundry from previous guests

in the car park along with needles ect on the floor, safe to say i m glad i didn t bring my kids with me,

bathroom in our executive room was tiny, we were right next to the laundry room so at 7am on sunday morning we

staff smoked haddock and poached eggs for breakfast very comfortable room swimming pool

downstairs bar staff very good at making people feel welcome even though there was a big party

would have liked to use sun lounge roof where swimming pool was but realise work was being done

the meal in the bar restaurant was not very good but the breakfast was excellent.

hotel coped very well with us having a pet -evening meal served in the bar with our dog and breakfast

their breakfast, phenomenal, the building/its interior are done to a high standard & it felt like hone

then the doors slamming shut will definitely wake you up - my neighbors happened to be a bunch of kids who

able to provide a vegan breakfast despite last minute booking

i was also very impressed with the free wifi and netflix that was available on the tv
