it was a perfect base for our trip, warwick castle, leamington spa and stratford upon avon

food was good quality especially the breakfast where there was lots of choice and all the cooked food was tasty

i also found my dirty laundry that i had placed to one side had been rummaged through

the door didn't lock properly so anyone could walk in and i had two kids with me.
