short changed even though we had booked several months in advance for a 3 night stay, 26 bags of laundry in

amazing, robert at reception is very welcoming, gordon the manager very nice also, dominic in the bar and billy

gorgeous and the setting is magical huge bedroom with a lovely view and a little bunny having his breakfast

the food was fantastic (breakfast and dinner) and the team catered brilliantly for me as a vegan too

as i was a solo traveller i was very welcomed with room service and all was good

only one pillow on the sofa bed for two kids. would have loved a pool.

the little mews house was very cute and cosy and our kids really liked having their own space in the living

thing was my room was above the bar so a little noisy and i think near the laundry i kept hearing a noise like

music noise either from bar area or kitchens, into early hours of morning so sleep was at a minimum, mainly

very quiet and comfortable. on site ev charger was a bonus (though a bit expensive)

which accepted our large german shepherd , extremely comfortable bed and lovely large room , the breakfast menu

a pet owner i really appreciated that hotel offered me room on the ground floor with private access

as travelling on to another resort not far , this place has everything you need for your stay kitchen wise and

the kitchenette was very well stocked and adequate but would have been handy to have an oven but again

there was ample free parking on site and having scotts bar there too was a treat - the food was great

friendly staff on both booking in, and those serving dinner and breakfast the next day

the breakfast was slightly under our expectations, in particular the coffee was very weak.

we were in a room this time across from the laundry which i have to say is very very noisy so early in the

laundry cart (full of used sheets) was left outside our room for the duration of our stay

chelsea on the bar and the breakfast waitress were both really pleasant

visit, clean room, excellent wi-fi, well located, ample parking, good breakfast, good choice of menu in

ok not keen on buffet breakfast also wifi poor tv kept freezing and poor water pressure - when i mentioned these

room was spacious and well presented with good wifi connection

couldn t find wifi or use remote for tv, to be fair didn t go find staff to ask for help.

restaurant offered great meals with snacks available from the bar during the day
