the pool isn’t working

pool broken, ac leaking, no hot water, dead insects in original room, lots of dogs, no restaurants

room service trays were left out in the hallways for a what seemed like an eternity

hotel is immediately ( with short cut through garage at the boulevard ) they have a laundry service

receptionist and staff but what i most love is that i and my family didn't had to worry about breakfast

the pool is kept pristine and is a lovely feature, especially when lit up in the evening around all of

each room has a hammock on your own personal balcony, lock box, laundry service, coffee maker + coffee :), as

they had a laundry facility too and plenty of towels for swimming or use at the lagoon or cenotes

we paid for our laundry to be done and they said it would take 24 hours
