in a room with 2 kids and 2 adults, we needed a little more cleaning than usual

i wish there were more varieties of food to order for room service!

they brought me provisions, did my laundry, replaced my hair dryer, allowed me to extend my stay an extra night and were just

out water & snacks & utensils when out door dash failed to bring us some lol then gave us a late check out when we slept in a bit more than we hoped

drawbacks are 1) no elevator, so this is not an appropriate place to stay if you have very young kids or use a wheelchair 2) no food at all available for purchase on the premises

the suite was very spacious, and the in-room washer, dryer, and fully equipped kitchen made it especially convenient for a medium- to long-term stay

service but there are tons of restaurants in the area and my room had a well equipped functional kitchenette

had an allergic reaction to the laundry soap used to wash the sheets on the first night

stay was good, we paid for a late check out however was locked out of our room for over an hour with no apology at all
