late check out time of 2pm was awesome

total stay for 1 night and late check out was $125

not do late check out ; hotel turn water off did not notify us

the pool was closed.

food available in the middle of a snow storm, no laundry facilities, no ammenities at the hotel, basically just a roof over your head

they let me have late check out because i wasn’t allowed to go to my husbands appointment at the cleveland clinic

people on the floor above made a lot of noise kids running around jumping off the beds that caused a lot of noise in our room

keeping walking in my room after i put in late check out this is 2nd time i also had a do not disturb sign

the front desk was very accommodating with allowing us a late check out and holding our luggage

convenience to cleveland clinic was awesome. and the late check out was what we needed.

i had to request a late check out and she was able to extend my check out time free of charge

we we re able to get early check in and late check out which was a huge help and the staff is polite and friendly

they were very accommodating about late check out and anything we needed

he apparently didn't have a cash box to even open any part of the bar and no light snacks available

i enjoyed working out in the gym as well

their breakfast buffet was the best i’ve seen

we weren’t able to visit the bar as we arrived late but it looked to be well stocked and inviting

didn’t get in until 2am and they gave us a late check out

plus we was able to get early check in and late check out so that’s a major plus

the 2 nights and maid walked into our room both mornings even on the last day when i asked for a late check

the breakfast item availability and quality was wonderful

absolutely a fantastic experience. from the check in to the late check out perfect

the fitness center was also dated and quite small

i could not connect through the ethernet cable provided in my room or through the wifi and i was confused as to why a ethernet cord was provided for connection but when i would try

staff didn t know about bar hours

we even ask to do a late check out because of an issue with my daughter surgery and they let us at no extra cost
