loved how accommodating the staff were, from late check outs to parking passes to late night trash pick ups

the price was amazing for the room, hot breakfast, and its vicinity to many great restaurants

even though there are covid precautions, they still provided a sack breakfast, no it’s not hot, it’s not the best, but at least they do it

the room itself was cozy but still spacious and immaculately clean

i loved my stay at this hotel pool and gym were vey clean i had a good rest it was very quiet

great staff, location, rooms. comp breakfast and a bar in the lobby, what more can you ask for?

the laundry room machines have mobile app to operate after downloading and adding 25$ to this app

i asked for early check in and late check out since i was travelling with the baby

i arrived about 4:15 pm, i discovered that my second floor room was directly across from the pool

the atmosphere was like staying home with outdoor fireplace and full facilities like gym, swimming pool and washroom

love the greenery, the fact that it’s off the street, and the gym!

we checked in at 1:30am and checked out at 10:30 so there wasn't any late check out charge involved

got locked out of room in the last hour of stay when staff forgot to extend the paid for late check out

to relax prior to our flight and we were very pleased to be able to pay a little extra for a late check out due to a late flight

able to hook up ps4 even though when i checked in they said it would be able to hook up to wifi bathroom shower head and sink were broken and fridge kept making
