we asked for a late check out and we were told there

i asked for early check in and late check out since i was travelling with the baby

like the cottage type rooms and amenities such as free parking , breakfast and swimming pool is an added bonus

even though there are covid precautions, they still provided a sack breakfast, no it’s not hot, it’s not the best, but at least they do it

there's a gues laundry, which was super helpful

we also got late check out accommodations

no hot tub by the pool or bath tub in the room

with my flight being suddenly changed by the airlines so the receptionist made sure i had a late check out at a decent price

1am arrival. staff was friendly. easy to get late check out for next day

however, the hotel offered a refund of our taxi cost to get there and automatically offered a late check out due to our 3am

we checked in at 1:30am and checked out at 10:30 so there wasn't any late check out charge involved

staff gave me a late check out that i requested at check in, which they did not have to do, but it was appreciated

arrived very late but still had a nice welcome with a warm cookie

i requested for the late check out at 1pm and it was granted that day

the restaurant could not deliver room service, i had to go down from my room to pick up food.
